Xena has died once before in the episode "Destiny". In "The Greater Good", it only seems like she's dead, but she hasn´t really died; she´s just poisoned for a while and all her body functions stop working. She dies for the second time when she gets crucified in "Ides of March," and is finally killed in "A Friend in Need part II".

Answer: Marcus in "Mortal Beloved"

Marcus died in "The Path Not Taken" and comes back in "Mortal Beloved", because things are seriously disturbed in Hades: Hades' helmet of invisibility is stolen and Marcus needs Xena's help. Marcus gets Hades' permission to go back to earth. Back on earth Marcus says to Xena that he misses her and that his death wasn't her fault: "she changed him, she did everything right."

Sarpedon and Ileandra are madly in love when Joxer, bewitched by Aphrodite, comes in between. Sisyphus and Karis are the king and queen in "Death in Chains", Agranon and Jana are the prince and princess in "The path not taken", and Zenothemis and Helia are just some names made up by me.

In the episode "Sacrifice", Gabrielle is searching for an old friend of hers: Seraphin. Seraphin turns out to be devoted to Hope, Gabrielle's evil daughter of Dahak. Seraphin is now nothing like how Gabrielle used to know her in her youth.

In "Kindred Spirits", the young amazon Rhea wonders what it's like to be with a man. Touched by Eve's sweetness, she longs for a baby too and Joxer seems the perfect candidate to make a baby with.
Eris is another young amazon in "Kindred Spirits", Cyane the name of multiple amazon queens, and Shilopa is an amazon made queen in "End Game" (by Gabrielle).

Caligula has become a god and Xena doesn't have the ability to kill gods anymore in the episode "The God you Know". So she talks Caligula into killing himself and he buys it.

We see Tara, played by Shiri Appleby, in the episodes "Forgiven" (season 3) and "A Tale of Two Muses" (season 4). Sadly, we don't see her anymore after that.

Xena and Gabrielle watch the act of a magician in India (that magician turns out to be Eli), when Maya, the magician's assistant, gets possessed during the act. Gabrielle grabs Maya and the demon disappears. That's the first time that people think Gabrielle is a devi; they think she drove the demon away. Later it turns out that the demon drove into Gabrielle and that Eli was the real devi.

Callisto, Hope and Satrina are evil too, but it is Alti who says in "Adventures in the Sin Trade": "I want to tap into the heart of darkness, the sheer naked will behind all cravings, hatred and violence. I will become the face of death destroying not only a person's body, but their soul." She's really scary actually. She wants to make the evil Xena the Destroyer of Nations.
