During the interview as Murdock was rambling about nothing in particular, Murdock stopped mid sentence, sniffed the air, and stated, "do you smell that?" "Do you smell ammonia?" Remembering the warning, Col. Lynch made his exit and the interview was over.
3. What crime was the A-Team wrongly accused and convicted of?

Answer: bank robbery

During the final days of the war, the A-Team was given orders from their commanding officer, Col. Morrison, to rob the Bank of Hanoi. After completing their mission, they returned to base four days later only to find that the base had been over-run by the enemy, and burned to the ground. Col. Morrison was murdered in the attack. All records of the mission had been destroyed.

The "A-Team" were believed by the military to be criminals on a rogue operation.

Answer: Scooter

Mrs. Baracus (Della Reese) explained that B.A. was given a toy truck by his father, and that he would scoot all over the floor pushing the truck. Answer: Templeton "Faceman" Peck

Tim Dunigan played the role in the pilot episodes ("Mexican Slayride Parts 1 and 2") in 1983. He was replaced by the series' producers because they felt he looked too young to be a believable Vietnam war veteran. Dirk Benedict played the role for the next 96 episodes over the five year run of the series.
7. Aside from being the leader and master tactician for the A-Team, what legitimate job did John "Hannibal" Smith have?

Answer: actor

Murdock was played expertly by actor Dwight Schultz.
9. What was the origin of the nickname "Faceman" for Lt. Templeton Peck?

Answer: clean cut and good looks

Suave, smooth-talking, and hugely successful with the ladies, "Face" served as the team's con man and scrounger, able to get his hand on just about anything the A-Team needed.

Answer: False

In the fifth and final season of the "A-Team", they were finally apprehended by the military. They were given a choice between returning to prison and being executed, or being assigned to a government agency run by General Hunt Stockwell and performing secret missions. They choose to work with Stockwell. The new format did not improve declining rating for the series and only 12 episodes aired in the fifth season before the series was canceled.
According to Stephen J. Cannell, the creator and producer of the series, the show was canceled because it was becoming too expensive to produce.
