Dante does face Plutonian in Mission 12, which is extremely similar in appearance to Tartarussian. However, Plutonian has more attacks and he can summon Agonofinis to help him out. Lucia also faces Plutonian in Mission 8.

This is almost equivalent to Dante's second fight against Orangguerra, except that Dante has to fight Homromsiras alongside the boss, while Lucia has to fight Puias alongside it. This boss has much more health than the boss in Dante's third Mission, which is the first time he fights this boss.

Dante faces three Infested tanks, and he has a long battle with just one infested chopper. You fight the chopper three times, but it never dies on the first two battles, it just flies away.

Lucia fights only one infested tank, and no infested choppers. The tank does come with some Puias (annoying vulture creatures) though.

Answer: She is teleported to the location of the Noctpteran

Noctpteran is one of the tougher bosses, as it often hovers above attack height, and the target automatically locks on to the larva. You can either attack it by flying towards it in devil trigger mode, or you can kill the larva and do a few cheap shots with long range weapons before the next larva attacks.

Answer: He falls into a 'hole'

After going through a lot of trouble to open the door, Dante activates the switch in the room behind the door. Then he falls into a strange 'hole' in exiting the room and fights a tough boss. Dante must love this mission.

Finding all four power sources, with both characters, is quite hard to do. Some of them are tucked into very hard-to-find places, and there are an awful lot of demons to fight, although you can choose to ignore them.

The boss splits into three elemental heads at the start of the battle.
The 'Ice Head' (light blue) has three attacks, a long range ice missile attack, an icicle attack, where icicles fall onto the platform you are stood on, and a close range 'cold breath' attack.
The 'Lightning Head' (purple) has two attacks, a close range 'circle of lightning' attack, and a long range thunderbolt attack.
The 'Fire Head' (red) has two attacks, a close range flamethrower attack, and a long range attack which involves fireballs that track you like missiles.
That totals to seven, but the boss has one more attack in which the three heads combine and the elements are combined to form a powerful beam which is very hard to dodge.

Lucia's first unique boss is Tartarussian, which is very similar to Plutonian but not the same demon, hence the different name. The second unique boss is Tateobosu. She fights this battle underwater, and since Dante doesn't have any underwater missions, this is unique to Lucia.
The final two bosses, Possessed Arius and Arius-Argosax are also unique to Lucia, as Dante is in the demon world at the time Lucia fights these two bosses.

Dante faces Arius twice, once in Mission 13 where he saves Lucia, and once in Mission 17 where he 'kills' Arius.
Lucia faces Arius three times, once in Mission 9 where she gets trapped and rescued (this is equivalent to Dante's mission 13), and the final two bosses in Mission 13 are both demonic forms of Arius, after Dante 'kills' the human Arius in his Mission 17.
