The post office is just closing. In this level, whether you play as Niobe or Ghost, you must head to one of the higher floors to retrieve a package only there are many guards along the way. Who knew that post offices had so many guards?
Along the way, you'll also be learning the controls and Sparks will help you if you're caught at a dead end (for example, the elevator doesn't seem to work on the main floor). Niobe will have an optional segment in this level called 'Behind the Scenes' if you manage to go through the level a certain way.

'Answer the Phone' is the final segment in your adventures at the Post Office regardless of whether you're Ghost or Niobe. In this part of the level, you'll be on the rooftops of the city trying to reach the nearest phone to return to the real world, but just as you reach the door, Smith will open it. You'll need to escape and run around the buildings to reach the phone again and be safe.

In Ghost's part of the story, he needs to find Soren and Binary. To do this, you need to take him across the airport while fighting helicopters and heading through revolving restaurants and such. Eventually, you'll drive a jeep to follow the plane containing Niobe.
In Niobe's mission, she needs to save Axel. To do this, she needs to cross the hangars and board his plane. When she boards the plane, an agent will attack her, and you'll need to push him out the open back-end of the plane.

Regardless of who you're playing, your objective is to reach the Exit Phone. Along the way, not only must you protect yourself, but you'll have to protect Ballard for a portion early in the level, and then you'll have to navigate the tunnels and caverns of the old sewer. Later on in the level, you have to once again help your friends.

This time, Ice and Corrupt will be in trouble, after you blow up a machine, you'll keep finding more paths. Continue to find Malachi and Bane and help them as well.

After this, you can leave the sewers with the help of the Key Maker.

Answer: Broken Wood

When you enter Merovingian's chateau, you'll be greeted by vampires. Luckily, Ghost or Niobe will break a chair apart for a few wooden stakes, and you can disrupt their code with them. Depending on which character you are, you'll take a different path through the level, but regardless you'll wind up in Merovingian's office. Pick up the crossbow and head to the lower levels where you'll need to help Niobe. Along the way, you'll run into Persephone, and she'll let you into the dungeon. Take out Cujo (not the dog), and after a chase with Cain and Abel and a car chase with those twins, the level will be over.

Answer: Trinity

This battle starts after the twins chase you out of Merovingian's chateau and you arrive in Zion. Since Trinity and Ghost were freed from the alternate world on the same day, they consider themselves brother and sister. In this battle in the Zen Garden, you simply need to fight Trinity. It doesn't matter whether you win or lose since it doesn't affect the outcome of the game.

Niobe always drives and Ghost is always on the passenger side with a gun. The only occasion where Ghost drives is in his airport levels, but Niobe is not with him. If you'd rather drive than shoot, it may be a good idea to play as Niobe in the game and vice versa. While using the gun, you won't run out of ammo, so shoot whatever you want. :)

Answer: Core Control Room

You will only find Smith once in the Power Plant missions. During these missions, Ghost and Niobe will need to destroy a lot of the power plant in order to cut the power for a single building. This way, Neo, Morpheus, and the Keymaker can get to a ceratin floor of the building and fulfill part of the prophecy. Along the way, the SWAT team will interfere, and at the very end, you'll need to fight and defeat an agent. To do this, you'll need to nudge him into a sparking console of the control room.

Answer: Seraph

After the power plant mission, you'll be taken to a tea house to fight Seraph. If you defeat him, you can head to China Town and be persued by hundreds of Smiths, but if you don't defeat him, he'll say that the Oracle doesn't need you and you play the final chapter of the game on the Logos.

In the final chapter, you need to protect the ship from Sentinels using a turret. After two levels of this, the game is over and you can watch the trailer for "Matrix Revolutions".
