This line is said to Vivi, when he trips in an alley, making Dante the Signmaker miss and drop the sign.
The other options were based on other minor characters in the game. Gary was a Burmecian refugee in Cleyra, Gidd was a Burmecian soldier in Cleyra and Devon was a man living in Lindblum.

2. In the beginning of the game, at Alexandria's bell tower, a moogle falls on Vivi and soon says: "Sorry 'bout that, Kupo!". What is this moogle's name?

Answer: Kupo

When Vivi tried to climb the bell tower, ordered to do so by Puck, Kupo fell on Vivi and said this line. Then he told Vivi about moogles, saving, moglet and tent using. He was also the first moogle met on the game.
The names were based on the following minor characters: Kuppo was a moogle in Fossil Roo, Kumool was the moogle at Ipsen's Castle and Kumop was a moogle at Dali's underground storage facility.

3. In Lindblum, a person said this to Zidane:"Alright, I guess... Have a seat. Your soup'll be ready in a minute.". Who was the person?

Answer: Bobo

When Zidane asked Bobo: "How've you been?", Bobo answered with this line. Bobo was the bartender at a restaurant in Lindblum. The other minor characters put as options were: Bunce, a kid met in Tantalus Hideout, Dan, a Burmecian soldier and Doyle, Dan's son.

4. "Really!? An airship!?" This line is said by an waitress in the restaurant, where Bobo is the bartender. Who is the waitress?

Answer: Lilian

Zidane was trying to hit on Lilian, the bartender, and asked her if they could go on an airship cruise together. Apparently, Lilian had never travelled on one. Zidane then got interrupted by a female Burmecian, one of the playable characters in the game: Freya Crescent. Later on, Zidane even manages to ask Garnet when they would go on that cruise, and then remembers that he asked Lilian to come to the cruise.
The other three minor characters are all female. Lorena was a Burmecian refugee at Cleyra, Lisa was a woman in Esto Gaza and Lucella was met at the Tantalus Hideout with Bunce.

5. "The town is full of demons!" This line was said by one of the maidens at Cleyra. Which one?

Answer: Shannon, Flower Maiden

Shannon was referring to black mages sent to destroy Cleyra, but in reality to fool the good guys. While they fought, the sandstorm protecting Cleyra was being weakened and once it weakened enough, it disappeared, leaving Cleyra totally defensless. Thus Beatrix stole one more jewel. All the mentioned ones were maidens. Also, Shannon was the name of a Bomb Master, who was fought against in a card tournament at Disc 4.

6. "Rally-ho! O' coorse! Safe journey tae both o' ye!" One of the dwarfes at Conde Petie said this line to Dagger/Garnet and Zidane. Who was it?

Answer: Matthew Watchman

When Dagger/Garnet and Zidane were married, they needed to get past the watchmen at the entrance. Matthew Watchman said this line when Garnet said they were off to the Sanctuary/Iifa Tree. The other three minor characters were also dwarfes and lived at Conde Petie.

7. "Shoot! I must find the captain!" This line is from the latter parts of the game, when Alexandria is under attack. This is said by Pluto Knight VIII. Who is he?

Answer: Haagen

Haagen is Pluto Knight VIII, and he is a good navigator. The others are also Knights of Pluto. Weimar (Pluto Knight VII) is a womanizing knight of Pluto, Blutzen (Pluto Knight II)is a real super sleuth and Kohel (Pluto Knight III) is a real super sleuth aswell.

8. "He's a chocobo, not a monster. He's called Bobby Corwen." In the beginning of Disc 4, Bobby Corwen, a baby chocobo, is introduced to us by one of the black mages at the Black Mage Village. Which one?

Answer: No. 33

No.33 said this to the Genome, who thought Chocobos are monsters. Eiko was also in this scene, trying to convince this Genome that Chocobos are friendly creatures. This ended up with Bobby Corwen running after the Genome. The other Black Mages are also spotted in Black Mage Village.

9. "All my fortunes at thy foot, I lay, and I shall follow thee throughout the world!" This was said by one of the characters of the play "I Want to be Your Canary" in the very end of the game. This character can be counted as a minor character, because it is only a character who appeared in a play. Which character is this?

Answer: Cornelia

Princess Cornelia said this to Marcus, who then left the scene. This led to Cornelia's kidnapping by Blank, which in turn led to King Leo killing Blank (only in play). King Leo thought Blank would betray him and thus stop Princess Cornelia from marrying Prince Schneider. Din was the only character who was not in this play. He was a Burmecian soldier in Cleyra.

10. "Wretched daughter! How dare she disobey her father's wishes!" This was said by one of the characters of the play "I Want to be Your Canary". It was said by King Leo.
