1. Who must talk to Raven before you can have him on your team?

Answer: Priscilla

Raven is Priscilla's brother, so when she talks to him, he joins your team. He hates Hector, so don't bring him close to Raven. Surprisingly, a Lord does not help you get Raven on your team.

2. Who must talk to Lucius before he can be on your team in Eliwood's and Hector's campaigns?

Answer: Raven

In the prison, Raven and Lucious are in the same cell, so they have become friends. When Raven has talked with Priscilla, Raven should talk to Lucius so he could join your team. Lucius' stats almost always max out.

3. Who must talk to Geitz before he joins your team?

Answer: Dart

I have never really used Dart, but if he happens to be in the level when Geitz appears, use him to get Geitz on your team. Geitz is not very good, so maybe you shouldn't even put Dart out for that level.

4. When Lyn upgrades, she can use bows. Eliwood's upgrade lets him use a lance. When Hector upgrades, he is able to use swords. What is Guy able to use when he upgrades into a swordmaster?

Answer: Nothing new

He's a swordmaster, so he does not need to use anything else. Swordmasters almost never get hit. Guy is great at evading hits.

Answer: Rebecca

Rebecca is a small girl with green hair. She will be your best archer at the end of the game, even though she starts out weak. Most of her stats max out at the end.

6. Who are the two Knights that are able to join your team (including Lyn's campaign)?

Answer: Oswin and Wallace

Oswin joins right away in Eliwood's and Hector's campaigns and in Lyn's, Wallace joins for free as well. In order to get Wallace in Eliwood's and Hector's campaigns, you must be in the level where you must kill Lloyd, then talk to him with Lyn. He's not that good though...

7. Which caster is left out of the group - Erk, Serra, Pent, Athos, Priscilla, Canas, Lucius, Nino?

Answer: Renault

The fortify staff is good, but his stats are quite bad. It's possible that he can run away in the second to last level. Renault should probably not be on your final team when you attack Nergal.

8. Isadora is seen in the game before she joins your team. Where is she seen?

Answer: With Eliwood's mother when he leaves for his journey

She is clearly noticeable when Eliwood leaves for his journey. I saw this when I replayed the game. Isadora is not a recommended character during the game. She is not as good as your leveled up Kent and Sain.

9. Fiora joins Hector's team (in his campaign) if you pay her gold.

Answer: False

Farina joins the team for 20,000 gold only in Hector's campaign. She's a deadly flier.

10. Which group contains five flyers who can join your team?

Answer: Florina, Fiora, Farina, Heath, Vaida

These flyers are great at moving long distances and flanking your opponents from behind. If you have the three Pegasus knights, you can perform the triangle attack. Just imagine a level where you could have five flyers on your team...sweet...thanks for playing.
