Roman's taxi service is called Roman Bellic Enterprises. Dimitri and Bulgarin destroy his first Taxi base, along with his apartment forcing he and Niko to leave Hove Beach. Eventually Roman does get the taxi service up and running again in Algonquin.

Dimitri himself calls Niko after the mission "Russian Revolution" and makes the statement "I have found you Niko. I will burn you and your cousin out of Hove Beach." He and Bulgarin waste no time doing this. Also, it is later heard on the radio station 'Radio Broker' that the announcer is talking about how two men were seen destroying the apartment buildings and taxi company in Hove Beach with Molotov Cocktails.

"Little" Jacob Hughes is Roman's good friend, and he quickly becomes close friends with Niko. He lives with the Real Badman in Shottler which is in Central Broker.

Become good friends with Jacob and he will sell you weaponry for a lower price!

Mikhail says her name when he speaks of her at the beginning of the mission "No Love Lost". Anna Faustin was involved in a relationship with Jason Michaels, member of The Lost MC. Sadly, he comes to a gruesome end after Niko is told by Mikhail to get rid of him.

Answer: Brucie's Executive Lifestyle Autos

Brucie is Roman's close friend. His website can be found on the Liberty City internet. Also, his business has commercials on various Liberty City radio stations.

Become good friends with Brucie and he will give you free helicopter rides whenever you call him.

Answer: The Fun Fair

In the cutscene at the beginning of the mission, Michelle tells Niko that here in America the 'Fun Fair' is called a 'Carnival'. Unfortunately after they get to Hove Beach they realize the Carnival is shut down, so they go to the bowling alley on the boardwalk. Michelle talks about the Carnival shutting down because of big businesses. Also there are signs around the boardwalk saying "Closed, come back next summer".

Answer: Turismo

This is very convenient to know when you need a fast car! Mikhail lives in Beachgate, Broker right beside Hove Beach. Turismos can also be found easily in Grotti Automotives in Middle Park East, Algonquin.
