Pecker is unlockable, but you have to shell out some orbs to make him available. You can use this same technique to unlock Daxter, as well as the Sandshark and Naughty Dog vehicles.

Although most of the text for the character bios isn't understandable, the characters' ages, heights and weights are discernable. Evidently, Sig stands at a towering 6'6" and weighs 270 pounds.

Just like Sig's age, this tidbit can be found by paying very close attention to character stats. This character in particular also weighs 162 pounds and is 31 years old.

Answer: Torn

Now before you get your undies in a bunch, know this- Torn is not unlockable as a racer because he is available from the very beginning of the game. You don't have to earn points, spend orbs or scan your memory card to unlock him- he's just available in exhibition mode from the get-go.
