You can see the secret ending only in Standard and Proud mode. To see it in Standard, complete all the worlds and all the missions in Jiminy's Journal. To see it in Proud, you just need to complete all the worlds.

Answer: False

The people were wearing golden armor. Even if they were wearing white armor, it wouldn't have symbolized Sora's final form because Sora didn't exist yet.
