Galio was Durand's best creation, his favourite one. When Galio failed to protect his master, he stood near the bones of Durand for many time, awaking only when a girl (Poppy) passed close to him.

During the Rune Wars, an oak (Maokai) came to life in the Twisted Treeline, killing the six Champions that were fighting.
However, he felt like he was a corruption, a freak of Nature and serves the League of Legends summoners if they swear that people will never turn to life another tree again.

Sona was abandoned by her parents. When she was adopted by a woman whose name was Lestara, she received the Etwahl as a gift, creating a very deep connection with it. She discovered that this instrument not only produced music, but could also be used to communicate (since Sona can't talk) and to kill or slice objects with the vibration.

She discovered later how to manage and control this amazing (but dangerous) gift.

Lulu, while wandering in Bandle City forest, found Pix, that lure her into the fae world through a small birdhouse.

The Brackern are very wise and ferocious creatures that were truly blessed with a very peculiar form of magic. Skarner, the Crystal Vanguard, is one of these crystal creatures.

Urgot was a Noxian soldier that suffered from severe injuries during many battles and, when Garen was ambushed by him, managed to escape later, cutting Urgot in two. However, Urgot always refused to die and later, Pididly forged a new bizarre body for this "man", exceeding expectations in the under-explored field of necromancy.

Zyra chose to transfer her consciousness to a body of a woman to continue to live.
She was an ancient plant that was dying and was one the ruler (with her kind) of the Kumungu Jungle.

Answer: Annie (that later tamed Tibbers in the Voodoo Lands as well)

Annie Hastur was born in the Voodoo Lands and her parents soon discovered that she was different. She was capable of managing fire (pyromania) and magically turned the shadow bear Tibbers into her beloved pet.
Tibbers now fights with her and never leaves her side.
