In the ultimate, Tsunade summons a slug and throws it on top of the opponent. The slug then suddenly increases its size a thousand times and flattens its opponent. Tsunade's old ultimate was the heel drop and I actually prefer that more than just simply throwing something at the opponent.

Kakashi has six ultimates, one for every element (although in the manga he actually doesn't have wind style) which makes five and his Mangekyo Sharingan in sharingan state. Many people are always asking how to do Kakashi's elemental ultimates and the answer is simple.

When using the ultimate, the moment everything pauses, immediately move the d-pad to different directions: forward is water style; backward is fire style; up is wind style; down is earth style; no direction is instantly Double Raikiri. If it doesn't work then either your game does not have it or it is an outdated version. Oh, I almost forgot, in "Revolution 3", Kakashi cannot copy ultimates.

Sasuke no longer needs to go Sharingan in the game itself because he is instantly in that state just like Itachi. Both Uchihas are really powerful characters in the game, capable of instantly being behind opponents in a flash. Their awesome move sets are a reason they were the most powerful clan of the Hidden Leaf Village.

Answer: Faster ultimate charge

To give you an idea on how fast Kakashi can charge up his Mangekyo Sharingan without crisis, use his grapple on an opponent (assuming the opponent doesn't have enough chakra to substitute) and then immediately using the ultimate afterwards, it becomes undodgable, unblockable, and uncounterable since the ultimate would be done charging and instantly activated when the opponent gets up.

Not only that, if you did it at full chakra, Kisame can do two hits then an ultimate with the opponent completely unable to counter. Did you also know that when Kisame raises his sword and brings it behind him during his ultimate, anyone touching the sword will get caught in his ultimate, but of course only the first one hit will be hurt from the ultimate.

Answer: Deidara

Unforunately, Deidara still doesn't have this sacrificial explosion ultimate yet but he currently has a secondary ultimate that can completely fit in small maps. If completely hit the damage is equal to a primary ultimate.

Answer: Hidan

For all characters, if the ultimate is activated in front of an opponent, the opponent (if smart) can immediately do a regular attack to stop the opponent or jump out of the way. But for Hidan this will not work. The moment his ultimate is activated (as in the moment everything pauses), anyone who touches his scythe will get caught and it covers his body so attacking becomes useless.

He also immediately throws his scythe so even if a bit farther away, you will still get caught even if attempting to jump away.

The only way to escape it is if you are half way from the full range of the ultimate or if you attack before the ultimate is even activated. If those two scenarios did not happen, then you are out of luck.

Answer: Hidan

Other than having the fastest ultimate, Hidan also has the strongest ultimate, although due to the set up time and the conditions that need to be met it is almost absolutely impossible to do. It is his secondary ultimate, which requires the special circle, full chakra, and health that is to the brink of death.

This ultimate is dependent on Hidan's health - if 90% of his HP is taken away, then the ultimate will take away almost the same amount, being just a little less. This ultimate should never be attempted under any circumstance on players.

Answer: Sasuke

There is a "Fireball Jutsu" and a "Grand Fireball Jutsu" which the difference is clearly seen. Grand Fireball is an ultimate move while Fireball is what Sasuke uses, hence it's smaller and is not in the ultimate move list. If Sasuke managed to use Fireball Jutsu at full chakra and held until all chakra is gone, it actually does more damage than the Grand Fireball ultimate.

Itachi, Naruto, Kurenai, and Kisame use clones for fighting. Itachi and Naruto have a lot of clone based moves, Kisame has a water clone that attacks and captures the opponent in a water prison, and Kurenai at her crisis can create an illusionary clone that continuously attacks the opponent until she is injured.
