"Persona 5": Pick out the Persona! Quiz

Arsene is the first Persona you can access in the game. Arsene is a genuinely terrible Persona with two common weaknesses and a fairly useless resistance, but what did you expect for his starting Persona he got for free?

Answer: Carmen

Carmen boasts a resistance to Fire and a weakness to Ice. Carmen mainly packs Fire based damaging spells, a few healing spells, and some disruption options, such as Tarunka or Dormina.

Answer: Eligor

Eligor is also known as the "War-Hungry Horseman." Considering his intimidating demeanor, his status as being the toughest Persona at this Palace should not be surprising. He is an Emperor Persona, boasting resistances to Fire and Gun skills while being weak to Electric.

Answer: Shiki-Ouji

This tall tin man is intimidating, especially since you encounter it at a point where you likely haven't come across any Nuclear spells. Worse yet is for the Arsene-only players, Arsene cannot actually deal any damage to this thing whatsoever, meaning Joker would then rely heavily on his team and any damaging items he might have to overcome this Persona.

Answer: Orobas

Orobas resists Wind and Curse but is weak to Bless. Notably, he has access to Marakunda, which reduces the Defense of all foes by one stage for three turns. Useful for fighting off a large array of targets!

Answer: Mot

Mot repels Curse, absorbs Electric and resists Gun. However, he is weak to Wind, which is quite exploitable. While he cannot be recruited in Futaba's Palace, he is available for recruitment right at the end of the game, as the player advances towards the second Holy Grail fight.

Answer: Decarabia

A Fool Persona, you would fittingly have to be a real fool to want to make use of this Persona. In addition to pathetically being weak to Physical, Decarabia will repel Fire and resist Nuclear and Curse.

Answer: Ganesha

It almost makes one wonder how the public would have reacted had Atlus chosen to make a Persona of someone like Jesus Christ or Allah, for the player to beat the crap out of dozens of times like you end up having to with Ganesha. Nevertheless, Ganesha resists Physical, absorbs Wind and is weak to Psychokinetic.

Answer: Ongyo-Ki

Ongyo-Ki is the Ultimate Hermit Persona. His impressive set of resistances to Physical and Gun, repelling of Curse and Bless, along with having no weaknesses and a very impressive movepool give credence to that title.

Answer: Astarte

When evolving her Persona, Haru becomes immune to Psychokinetic, resist Ice, but is still weak to Nuclear. Fortunately, immediately upon evolving, regardless of level, Astarte grants Haru a nifty Dodge Nuke passive, mitigating Haru's weakness to Nuclear somewhat.

Answer: Captain Kidd

Captain Kidd resists Electric while being weak to Wind. Alongside Ryuji's evolved Persona, this grants Ryuji a phenomenal movepool that can best take advantage of his great strength score.

Answer: Mercurius

Mercurius is immune to Wind, resistant to Bless, and weak to Electric. Unfortunately, Morgana's Confidant rank progresses passively, and you cannot max Morgana out until right at the end of the game, before entering the Mementos Depths.

Answer: Kamu Susano-o

Try saying that one ten times fast. Kamu Susano-o is immune to Ice, resistant to Wind, but weak to Fire.

Answer: Johana

Arguably the coolest Persona in the game, Makoto's Persona is literally a motorcycle that she happens to know how to ride. It is weak to Psychokinetic and resistant to Nuclear.

Answer: Robin Hood

Robin Hood resist Bless and is weak to Curse. It is quite unfortunate that Akechi back-stabs and suddenly abandons the party, because Robin hood grants him one amazing moveset.
