Constable Neyla is Inspector Carmelita's partner in crime. Neyla turns on Carmelita and works with Sly and the gang, and turns on them to work with Carmelita again, but is against Carmelita AND Sly and the gang to become Clockwerk herself. She named herself Clockla.

You do not get Penelope and Guru until the third game. Bentley and Murray are lifelong friends of yours. Bentley, the brains, was injured in the second game, and Murray blames himself for what happened. He leaves the team in the third game, so you must get him back. Bentley is confined to a wheelchair in the third game, and he has rigged it to pickpocket, triple jump, accelerate, and throw bombs.

He is not only the brains but also the demolitions expert.

Inspector Carmelita Fox is Sly's main enemy, although Sly has a huge crush on her. Inspector Fox does get a Constable during the second game, Neyla. She also has Lieutenants throughout the game, but is never considered one herself.
