Answer: Emerald Ore

The Emerald Ore is by far the rarest ore in "Minecraft". It can only be found in the Extreme Hills biome when mining. However you can trade for them with villagers.

Answer: Get unlimited blocks

You can find Elytra to fly with in End City Ships along with the Dragons Head, you can brew Fire Resistant Potions to be immune to lava, and you can make End Portals using the frame found in Strongholds. Strongholds are very rare as only three spawn in any world. However, unless you are in creative or cheating (you cheater) you cannot get unlimited blocks.

Answer: Redstone

Redstone can only be mined with a diamond Netherite or Iron pickaxe and Witches are the only mobs that can drop Redstone. If you do it right, you can also use Redstone ore to make a Redstone circuit. But you either have to be in creative, or have a tool enchanted with Silk Touch to get Redstone ore.
