Answer: Andorra

The Andorran flag dates from 1866. The three colours represent Andorra's independence from France and Spain. The coat of arms of Andorra consists of a shield that has a square in the middle and below the square the motto in Latin. The motto translates to "Strength united is stronger".

The centre square is divided into four segments. The top left segment is red with a yellow mitre and crosier. The top right segment contains three red bars on a yellow background. The bottom left segment contains the four red bats of Catalonia and the last segment contains two red cows on a yellow background.
