John Quincy Adams died on February 23, 1848. James Monroe died on July 4, 1831. John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both died on the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1826.

Answer: True

Calvin Coolidge was born on July 4, 1872. He was the 30th president from 1923-1929.

Answer: 46

JFK was born on May 29, 1917 and assassinated at the age of 46 on November 22, 1963. He was the youngest elected president at the time of his election in 1960. He was also the youngest deceased president as of 1963.

Answer: James Garfield

Garfield was born on November 19, 1831 and died from an assassin's bullet 2 months short of his 50th birthday on September 19, 1881. Roosevelt died at age 61 and Polk at age 53. Harrison only served as president for 41 days but was 68 at death. Through the end of the 20th century, Garfield and Kennedy were the only presidents to die before the age of 50.

Answer: Harry Truman

Harry Truman died in 1972 at the age of 88. Reagan died in 2004 at age 93, Adams died in 1826 at age 90, and Hoover in 1964 at age 90. Gerald Ford also lived past age 90.

Lyndon Johnson died on January 22, 1973. Richard Nixon was the next president to die over 21 years later in 1994. There was an 18 year gap between Roosevelt and Kennedy. There was a 10 year gap between Nixon and Reagan. There was an 11 year gap between Taylor and Tyler.
