Subject: The word "note" when compiling a quiz?

Posted by: Lord_Digby

Hi guys,
When you are compiling a quiz, there is a blue bar with the question number, and on the right-hand side of the page there is the word "note." I thought this might be an extra clue for the question, but I'm not sure. So what is this used for? After all the quizzes I've written, you'd think I would have known.
Thanks,
Digby

It's an internal note-- just for you in case you need to tag something for memory's sake.

I use it to indicate if I've fully written the contents of the question (or the topic, if I plan to get around to it). It helps me structure the quiz and keep track of where I am in the process.

Feature of the new editor - it allows you to write notes to yourself as you are working. I sometimes use it for an order quiz, to help me sort them into the right order at the end, for example. I am thinking here of events in someone's life, which I select as I think of them, then need to sort into chronological order.

Thanks for the explanation. Yes, I can see how this can come in handy.
