She once guessed that Thorn was one of the Faeren but dismissed this thought when she saw he wielded iron. The Faeren were thought to be repelled by iron but this is proven wrong when Morragan corrodes an iron buckle in his hand. To his surprise, this action causes his wound to open and it becomes life threatening. Being an immortal, Morragan cannot die so he transforms into a raven and flies off towards the horizon. A sword marks his final resting place as a human and a field of wildflowers later grows where the battle was fought.
