Answer: Soundgarden

Cornell was known as the lead singer for both Soundgarden and Audioslave.
He was a founding member of Soundgarden in 1984, but left the band in 1997. After a few years in various projects and with a solo career he joined Audioslave from 2001-07. Soundgarden broke up when he left.

After years with Audioslave, Cornell and his former band mates rejoined in 2010 and started touring and recording again as Soundgarden. He was found dead in a Detroit hotel room May 18. His death, at age 52, was ruled a suicide.
2. Retired Major League Baseball player Roy Halladay died in a plane crash. What position did he play his entire MLB career?

Roy Halladay retired from baseball in 2013 after a 15 season professional career. He died in a plane crash near the Gulf of Mexico on November 7, 2017. He was a multiple time all-star, and won the Cy Young Award as baseball's best pitcher in both the American and National Leagues during his career.

He was typecasted for a long time and struggled to find work for decades after the series. He voiced the character in an animated series in the 1970s, and in an animated movie the year before he died. His career took on new life when he was given the role of playing himself as the mayor of Quahog on "Family Guy", another animated series.
