I have an hour to write this quiz, and if I don't get it done in that time, I'll have to stop, and you'll be left with whatever I happen to have written. Hopefully I'll get it done before time is up! Good luck.

Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. True or false? The result of 11111 X 11111 will be 1111111111 because 1 X 1 is 1.

Answer: False

When you multiply 11111 by 11111, you will get 123,454,321. If you multiply 11 X 11 you get 121, 111 X 111 is 12,321, 1111 X 1111 is 1,234,321, etc. The highest number this works with is with nine ones, which would be 111111111 X 111111111, which equals 12345678987654321.
2. True or false? A silverfish is actually a silver fish.

Answer: False

A silverfish is not a fish at all. In fact, a silverfish is a wingless insect. It does get its name from its bluish silver color. Other names for the silverfish include the paramite, carpet shark, and fishmoth.
3. True or false? Hollywood is the fourth largest city in California by land area.

Answer: False

Hollywood is actually not a city at all. Hollywood is a district of Los Angeles, California. Hollywood is well-known for its movies. People move to Hollywood simply to try and "make it big".
4. True or false? The longest gum wrapper chain created was about ten miles long (2010 record).

Answer: True

Gary Duschl received a world record in March 2010 for the longest gum wrapper chain in the world. His chain included 1.5 million gum rappers, which made three million links. The total length was over 63,000 feet, which is over ten miles long.
5. True or false? The world's largest cashew tree is over 7,000 square feet.

Answer: True

Believe it; it's true. A cashew tree is a relatively small tree, but the Maior Cajuiero do Mundo is the world's largest cashew tree. It covers roughly 7,500 square feet (8400 sq. km.), which is roughly the size of 75 regular sized cashew trees. The tree is estimated to be over 1,000 years old, and its sheer size can produce 60,000 fruit with cashews a year.

Cashew trees are unique because the weight of the branches make the tree lean towards the ground, but then the branches take root into the ground where it is bent to the ground. This is what allowed the Maior Cajuiero do Mundo to grow so massive.
6. True or false? Spongebob Squarepants is a yellow sponge with black holes.

Answer: False

Oddly enough, the holes on Spongebob Squarepants are green, not black. "Spongebob Squarepants" first aired in 1999. Tom Kenny voices Spongebob on the show.

Green holes, not black; I always wondered why my drawings of him looked so odd. ;-)
7. True or false? M&M candies cannot be made black because there is no dye dark enough to color the candy.

Answer: False

M&Ms can most definitely be black. In fact, at M&M world, you can create your own mix of M&M using all the colors they have, and black is one of them. You can also purchase a bag of all-black M&Ms on the company's website.
8. True or false? Ben Stiller and Jerry Stiller are related.

Answer: True

Jerry Stiller is Ben Stiller's father. Jerry Stiller is known for playing Arthur Spooner on "King of Queens" and Frank Costanza on "Seinfeld". He is also known for his Capital One card commercials. Ben Stiller, his son, has been in movies such as "Night at the Museum", "Happy Gilmore", and "Meet the Parents".
9. True or false? Pepsi never made a coffee-flavored soda because it could not compete with Coke's coffee soda.

Answer: False

Both Coca-Cola and Pepsi-Cola have had coffee-flavored soda at one point in time. Pepsi created Pepsi Kona, but it did not do well, and was shortly discontinued after test-marketing. Coke, however, did a little better with its coffee-flavored soda. Coca-Cola BlaK was released in 2006, and was sold until the flavor concentrate ran out in 2008. Though it did have some success, it obviously did not have enough success to be continued after the concentrate ran out.
10. True or false? The answer to this question is false.

Answer: Neither answer would work

This question creates a paradox because neither answer would be correct. If the statement were true, that would be implying that the answer would be marked as false. This would then state that the statement is false, but since the statement says the answer is false, answering false would make the statement true.

Did I confuse you? ;-)
