Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What "Toy Story 2" character appeared in "Monsters, Inc."?

Answer: Jesse

At the end of "Monsters, Inc.", Sully picked up a Jesse doll in Boo's room. Boo also handed Sully a clownfish stuffed toy, which looked very similar to Nemo in the movie "Finding Nemo".
2. What was the name of Mulan's pet dog that appeared in the movie "Mulan"?

Answer: Little Brother

Little Brother assisted Mulan in completing her morning chores by "scattering" chicken feed that was attached to his back.
3. What iconic Hollywood actress was animated in "Hercules"?

Answer: Marilyn Monroe

During the "Zero to Hero" song sequence, Hercules shot an arrow into the stars, which caused a star-studded Marilyn Monroe's skirt to fly up. This mimicked the scene from "The Seven Year Itch".
4. What was the name of Nala's mother in "The Lion King"?

Answer: Sarafina

Although her name was never mentioned in the movie, the credits stated that Nala's mother was named Sarafina. She was voiced by Zoe Leader.
5. The person who voiced Sleepy and Grumpy was the same person who voiced Goofy.

Answer: True

Pinto Colvig was the first voice of Goofy and also provided the voices for characters such as Pluto, Sleepy, and Grumpy.
6. What was the name of Pinocchio's red-headed friend whom he met at Pleasure Island?

Answer: Lampwick

Lampwick unfortunately didn't leave Pleasure Island as a boy, but as a donkey. Lampwick was a caricature of Fred Moore, a Disney animator who also helped animate "Dumbo" and "Peter Pan".
7. What was the first animated Disney film to have ending credits?

Answer: Alice in Wonderland

Until "The Black Cauldron" was released in 1985, no other Disney animated film besides "Alice in Wonderland" had included ending credits.
8. Which was NOT the name of one of Ariel's sisters in "The Little Mermaid"?

Answer: Adalia

Ariel's six sisters' names were Aquata, Andrina, Arista, Alana, Adella and Attina, which all end and begin with the letter "a". The sisters' names were mentioned in the movie's first song "Daughters of Triton".
9. Which Disney animated film was the first full-length animated film to win a Golden Globe for Best Picture (Musical or Comedy)?

Answer: Beauty and the Beast

Although "Beauty and the Beast" was the first full-length animated feature to be nominated for an Oscar, it lost to "The Silence of the Lambs". "Beauty and the Beast" did win Academy Awards for Best Original Score and Best Original Song.
10. In "Finding Nemo", what name did Dory NOT refer to Nemo by?

Answer: Kujo

Dory, the fish with short-term memory, also referred to Nemo as Chico and Harpo, while she and Nemo's father, Marlin, searched for him.
