Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Pore toe fee no

Answer: Portofino

This one's pretty self-explanatory.

"Portofino" can be found on Engelbert's 1986 album "With Love."
2. Ha burl ice

Answer: Harbor Lights

Ha + bur = harbor and l + ice more or less equals lights. The answer is Harbor Lights

Engelbert included "Harbor Lights" on his 1985 album of standards, "A Lovely Way to Spend an Evening."
3. Tow tally yam Mae sing

Answer: Totally Amazing

Tow + tally = totally. The Y of 'yam" goes with the preceding word. So, am + Mae + sing = amazing. The answer is Totally Amazing.

"Totally Amazing" appears on the 2006 concert album of the same name as well as on "Greatest Hits & More," 2007. Though it is a newer song, it ranks with such favorites as "The Shadow of Your Smile," "Love Me with All Your Heart" and "The Last Waltz" in fans' affection.
4. Aft tar dell offing

Answer: After the Loving

Aft + tar = after. De sounds more or less like the, and ll + offing = loving. The answer is After the Loving.

This song's correct title is "After the Lovin'" but, fortunately for denizens of Quizziland, it is often written "After the Loving."

This 1976 single topped Billboard's Adult Contemporary chart and went gold. The album of the same name made the top 20 in the album chart and went double platinum. "After the Lovin'" remains one of Engelbert's most recognizable and best loved songs.
5. Law fizz Saul

Answer: Love Is All

Law + f sounds sort of like love. Izz = is. The s of Saul goes with the previous word and aul = all. The answer is Love Is All.

"Love Is All" is on the 1978 album "Last of the Romantics."
6. Queue wand dough Queue wan doe Queue wand dough

Answer: Quando Quando Quando

This one's pretty straight forward.

First appearing in 1968 and included on his album "A Man without Love," "Quando Quando Quando" is a perennial favorite that Engelbert often performs and rerecords. Perhaps the most notable rerecording is the updated, dance version he made for his 1998 CD "The Dance Album," popularizing the song again, thirty years after its original release.
7. Keel lumme saw flee

Answer: Killing Me Softly

This one takes a bit more license, but knowing that 'lumme' rhymes with 'rummy' should make it clear. Keel + lumme = killing me, while saw + flee = softly. The answer is Killing Me Softly.

"Killing Me Softly" is on "My Love," 1974.
8. Dee finish shun awe fluff

Answer: Definition of Love

Dee + finish + shun = definition, awe + f = of and luff sounds a lot like love. The answer is Definition of Love.

"Definition of Love" is the title track of Engelbert's 2003 album.
9. Can you work out this Nat "King" Cole classic that Engelbert has covered? Leather Beal of

Answer: Let There Be Love

Leather = let there. Bee = be and l + of = love. The answer is Let There Be Love.

"Let There Be Love," the title track of Engelbert's 2005 album, is one of several songs associated with the great Nat "King" Cole that Engelbert has recorded over the years.
10. Yore sun tilt O'Mara

Answer: Yours until Tomorrow

This one takes rather a lot of license, but it was too good to resist. Yore + s = yours. Un + til = until. And,well, if you allow a fair bit of leeway, t + O'Mara = tomorrow. The answer is Yours until Tomorrow.

"Yours until Tomorrow" comes from "Release Me," 1967.
