1. Which of these Roberts has won the most Academy Awards (excluding honorary awards)?

Answer: Robert De Niro

De Niro won Best Supporting Actor in 1974 for "The Godfather Part II" and then won Best Actor in 1980 for "Raging Bull." Robert Duvall, Redford and Zemeckis have each won one Academy Award. All in all, 15 Oscar statuettes have been given to a Robert.
2. Robert Sean Leonard played a character who was desperate to act and who commited suicide in "Dead Poets Society." In which Shakespearean film did he later play the role of Claudio, who loved the character of Hero?

Answer: Much Ado About Nothing

It was directed by Kenneth Branagh and is a very enjoyable romantic comedy. Especially amusing is Keanu Reeves' accent!

Robert Peel was born in 1788 and died in 1850. He was a Conservative member of Parliament and it was during his office as Home Secretary that he established the Metropolitan Police. The first policemen were known as "peelers" or "bobbies," a name which survives to this day.

The 1980s saw the peak of his popularity with "Addicted to Love" being a hit in 1986 and "Simply Irresistible" in 1988.
