In Leicester, what is an oakey?

More info - "Hokey pokey" was a slang term for ice cream in general, supposedly from the sales pitch of the Italian ice-cream vendors, though the etymology is unknown. It may come from "hocus-pocus" or be a corruption of an Italian phrase.
