While this very long and scholarly article does not say which animal, mammal or non mammal, has the "dirtiest" mouth/bite, it does state that a bite from a human is more likely to become infected.

And I found this statement in one of the conclusing paragraphs interesting -
As we continue to improve methods in trauma care, survival from major animal attacks has increased.
