How many times is the phrase "It shall come to pass" found in the Bible?

The King James Version it occurs 120 times - starting with Genesis chapter 4, verse 14.

However the New American Standard Bible does not contain the phrase at all, although Isiahah 7:7 says: thus says the Lord GOD 'It shall not stand or shall not come to pass'.
