Virtually no meaningful linguistic connection, as far as I can find, although both have somewhat Spanish origins. The two words look and sound rather alike, but barricade comes from the French, who got it from the Spanish 'barricada', meaning something that is made of barrels. The barracuda, on the other hand, has a name that possibly originates from a Carib name for the fish, and was taken into Spanish in the 17th Century.
