Where exactly is the world's largest field of grain and which grain is it?

Although I cannot find any record of the world's currently largest field of grain, a record was set when the largest recorded field of wheat ever was sown near Lethbridge, Alberta, in 1951. It covered 14,160 hectares (35,000 acres). In doing so, the field set a Guinness World Record.
