Maurice Abravanel's recording of the 4th and final movement of Brahms Symphony #2 certainly qualifies under "The Fast and the Furious" at 8 minutes and 30 seconds (and it's just glorious). Is there any yet faster recording of that particular piece available on a CD or streaming service?

Both Toscanini and Stowkowski have recorded it, and both of them cut their (recording) teeth back in the 78 rpm era, so they tend to have pretty speedy allegros - to fit on one side of a 78...

But I have not found timings for their versions.
