Mr Frosty was a toy designed to frustrate parents everywhere as it barely worked. Mr. Frosty was made to look like a fun snowman-looking character. Dad or mom would have to spend far longer than necessary trying to crush up a ton of ice to make a little cup of shavings so a bit of sugar water could be added to the treat. I suspected that most kids only got one snowcone out of the deal if they were lucky. Overall, the "toy" was considered to be a failure.
