In February 2021, Doug Flute pinned R-Truth at a flag football game! Very quickly R-Truth quickly pinned Doug Flute back to regain his belt. Apparently, he lost and regained the belt several times during the week! In fact, R-Truth (re)gained the belt 54 times. Nikki Cross was the final champion having the belt on November 9, 2022, when it was retired.
