The Republic of Crimea only existed for about a day in 2014 (March 17-18). It was only recognised by Russia, then it was annexed.

There were two other startlingly short-lived "countries":
The Russian Federative Democratic Republic lasted for 6 hours (January 19, 1918) before being dissolved by Vladimir Lenin.

Catalonia declared independence on October 10, 2017, lasting only 8 seconds due to subsequent negotiations.
