Has anyone ever won a tennis grand slam without serving an ace?

Stats on aces weren't kept before 1991 and since then don't seem to be kept per match (at least on the WTA or ATP sites), but the answer is almost certainly yes.
I didn't see Chris Evert serve an ace during a Wimbledon final from 50 years ago:

Jimmy Connors 1974 Wimbledon had a number of service winners, but I didn't notice an ace:

It's evident from the speed of serve on that surface back then that there'd be few aces.
This is just before graphite came on the scene, followed by polyester strings in the 90's etc. I'd imagine 50 years previous to these examples, with even less racket technology, there were few aces at all.
