According to the rules of Major League Baseball:
The ball shall be a sphere formed by yarn wound around a small core of cork, rubber or similar material, covered with two stripes of white horsehide or cowhide, tightly stitched together. It shall weigh not less than five nor more than 5 1/4 ounces avoirdupois and measure not less than nine nor more than 9 1/4 inches in circumference.

Since you asked about volume, the radius is given by circumference / (2 pi). The volume is given by 4/3 pi radius to the third power. So, this gives a minimum volume of 12.31 cubic inches, and a maximum volume of 13.36 cubic inches.

In other measurements, this is a minimum volume of 201.7 cubic centimeters, and a maximum volume of 219.0 cubic centimeters.
