I believe there are 23 different ways to score 21 points in a football game. They are:

.) 8 8 3 2;
.) 8 7 3 3;
.) 8 7 2 2 2;
.) 7 7 7;
.) 8 7 6;
.) 7 7 3 2 2;
.) 8 6 3 2 2;
.) 7 6 3 3 2;
      ` 9.) 7 6 2 2 2 2;
.) 6 6 3 3 3;
.) 6 6 3 2 2 2;
.) 8 3 3 3 2 2;
.) 8 3 2 2 2 2 2;
.) 7 3 3 3 3 2;
.) 7 3 3 2 2 2 2;
.) 7 2 2 2 2 2 2 2;
      `17.) 6 3 3 3 3 3;
.) 6 3 3 3 2 2 2;
.) 6 3 2 2 2 2 2 2;
.) 3 3 3 3 3 3 3;
.) 3 3 3 3 3 2 2 2;
.)3 3 3 2 2 2 2 2 2;
.)3 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2.
In college football, if a team is going for a conversion and the defending team takes possesion (by an interception, fumble, blocked kick) and returns the ball to the other end zone, the DEFENDING team gets 2 points. If you count this as different than the offensive team getting a 2 point conversion then you will have many more options.
