Is it true that in Samarpur, a small hill station in India, usually has 6 to 7 rainbows at a time?

There may indeed be places where one can see 6 or 7 rainbows at a time, but Samarpur appears to be fictional.

Various reviews of this film, "Dil Maange More" mention the rainbows but not the name of the village, while the one below mentions the "imaginary" village of Samarpur but not the rainbows. Several reviews are available on IMDB.
