In the event that MJ wasn't joking, such a person is "hypodactylic." "Hypodactyly" is a condition involving fewer than normal fingers on one or both hands or feet:

Hyperdactyly is more usually called polydactyly (see Frankie's link).
This is one of the most common abnormalities of development discovered at birth.
