Actually, you have to look at the win/loss percentage, not the volume of wins. Yutaka Ishinabe has the best win/loss record at 87.5%, BUT he only fought 8 battles. Rokusaboro Michiba is next at 86.5% and THEN comes Sakai at 82.4%. Still a commendable record, but not the correct answer.
