Answer: "That's right, Lou! Get it all out!"
Tyler is urging Lou to let out all his aggression. In the novel however, this happens when Tyler goes to quit his job as a projectionist. His boss starts laying into him and Tyler says "Let it all out, that's right..."
We see this only briefly in the scene where Edward Norton beats himself up in Chesler's office. During the line 'In and behind everything this man took for granted something horrible was growing', we see a shot of his name plate on the desk. Richard Chesler is played by Zach Grenier and interestingly, his name is spelt 'Chestler' in the official script. I used the spelling shown in the film, however, because in the film a lot of things were changed from the script. 'Chesler' is also how it appears in the credits.
