Answer: Phil

Phil, who was half man and half goat, trained Hercules from when he was a teenager to an adult. He and Hercules went out to prove that Hercules could be a true hero. Hercules' first fight was rescuing Megara from the "pinhead with hooves" river guardian. Hercules fell in love with Meg. Herucles went to Zeus, his father, and told him of all the things he'd done and that he was ready to be a god. Zeus says that he hadn't quite proved himself yet.

Answer: Pegasus

Pegasus was created by Zeus from a cloud and given to Hercules when he was a baby.

James Woods enjoyed voicing Hades so much that he told Disney he would voice Hades in any other Disney movie. James offered to refund his salary when the movie went over budget because he liked voicing the character so much.

Hades says he will only drain Hercules' powers for 24 hours, and only if Meg doesn't get hurt. A pillar falls on her so the deal breaks and Hercules manages to save Thebes.

This is said by the three Fates. They share one eye and one tooth between the three of them and prophecize the future. After this, they continue their prophecy, saying, "The time to act will be at hand, unleash the Titans, your monstrous band. Then the once proud Zeus will finally fall, and you Hades, will rule all! There is a catch upon this tale, if Hercules shall fight, you will fail." And then they disappear.

The three fates were in Greek mythology. The three of them come to Hades when he wants to know if he can take over the world. The fates tell him that he will be able to unless Hercules fights.

They introduce themselves, "We are the Muses. Goddesses of the arts and proclaimers of the heroes." The funniest quote in this scene, I believe, was that when the narrator introduced the story: "Long ago, in the faraway land of ancient Greece, there was a golden age of powerful gods and extraordinary heroes. And the greatest and strongest of all these heroes was the mighty Hercules. But what is the measure of a true hero? Ah, that is what our story is-" Then Muse 1 (the fat one) cut him off: "Will you listen to him? He's makin' the story sound like some Greek tragedy."

Answer: A pillar fell on Meg

In Hercules' gym, Phil and Hercules were arguing over who Meg really was. Phil said she was no good, and Hercules told him to shut up, and threw Phil across the gym. Phil left, and Pegasus was distracted by another "supposed" horse. Hades appeared with Meg, and had her trapped. He made a deal with Hercules that if he would give up his strength for twenty four hours, he would let Meg go. Hercules agreed, but only under the condition that Meg wasn't hurt. While fighting a monster in Sparta, Meg knocked Hercules out of the way of a falling pillar, and the pillar landed on Meg. Meg got hurt, so Hades' deal was broken.

James Woods provided the voice for Hades. His minions Pain and Panic were voiced by Bobcat Goldthwait (Pain) and Matt Frewer (Panic).

Answer: Hercules would drink a potion.

Hades' minions kidnapped baby Hercules and gave him a bottle of potion to drink. The bottle was broken before Hercules could finish the last drop of potion. He lost his god status, but kept his strength.

Hades takes this rare time of alignment to set free the Titans, who despise Zeus for imprisoning them at the bottom of the ocean many years ago. Hades seeks to use them to take over Olympus.

This is said by Hera and Hermes, at Hera's baby shower for Hercules. Hermes gives Hera flowers. Then he flies away on his winged-shoes to Zeus, complimenting him on his "fabulous party."

Phil told Hercules in the beginning that he wanted one day for people to look up to the stars, see someone Phil trained and say "That's Phil's boy!". Looks like Phil got his wish!

Answer: Meg

Meg is bidden by Hades to find Hercules' weakness, so she takes him on a date to try and find out. They end up in a public garden, and Meg tries to talk about weaknesses by pretending to trip because she has weak ankles. Hercules says he has no weaknesses though, because, as Meg put it "Wonderboy you are too perfect".

Answer: He went after Meg in the Land of the Dead

Hercules did save Zeus, but that was before Hades decided to take Meg's life. The Fates cut Meg's life line, before Hercules could get back to Meg. Hercules realized when he got back, that he could go to the Land of the Dead and retrieve Meg's soul. Hercules went to the Land of the Dead, and made a deal with Hades. He would give up himself for Meg's soul. Hades agreed and Hercules jumped into all the pool of souls, and went in search of Meg. Hercules reached Meg's soul, and made his way up, when the Fates try to cut his life line. His life line turned a bright golden color, and the Fates were unable to cut it. He finally proved that he was a true hero. He took Meg's soul back to Meg, and she woke up.

Answer: Hera

Hera was Hercules' true mother, but he was adopted by Amphitryon and Alcmena when he was on Earth.

Answer: Hercules would destroy Hades.

Hades went to the Fates to find out how much trouble Hercules would be for him. When the Fates told Hades that Hercules would destroy him, Hades came up with a plan to get rid of Hercules.

Answer: Meg

Hercules is battling face-to-face with The Cyclops when a pillar is about to fall on Hercules. Meg pushes him out of the way and gets crushed by the pillar. When asking why she took the hit for him, Meg tells Hercules that "People do crazy things, when they're in love."

Disney's "Hercules" won four Annie Awards. One for Individual Achievement in producing, one for Individual Achievement in directing, one for Individual Achievement character animation and one for Individual Achievement for effects animation. It was also nominated for Best Animated Theatrical Feature. It was also nominated an Academy Award and Golden Globe for Best Original Song, (both "Go the Distance" but lost to "My Heart Will Go On", "Titanic"). "Hercules" was nominated a Saturn Award for Best Fantasy Film, also it was nominated for a Blockbuster Entertainment Award for Favorite Animated Family Movie and Favorite Song From a Movie, (once again "Go the Distance").

This is said by Phil, when they first arrive in Thebes, and a young man wearing a trash can comes up to them and says, "The end is coming! Can't you feel it?" and then grabs Pegasus' snout. After Phil says this, he continues, saying, "Look at the sidewalk kid. Don't make eye contact. The people here are nuts. That's because they live in a city of turmoil." And then, they find the group of adults complaining about the recent natural disasters.

Phil says that Achilles "had it all", but still failed him because of his heel.

The planets align ("ever so nicely," according to one of the three fates), and Hades releases the Titans, bidding them to destroy Zeus. Although united in their hatred for the Greek deity, each Titan has their own idea of how to get rid of the masterful god of thunder. For example, the Hurricane Titan wants to "blow him away" and the Ice Titan wants to "freeze him".

Hercules gave it to her in the garden of Hercules' villa after Phil blamed Megara for Hercules' laziness in the training exercise. After Hercules was gone, Meg threw it away and later picked it up again, soon after she finished singing 'I Won't Say I'm In Love'.

Answer: Hercules knocked him into the pool of souls

After rescuing Meg, Hades tried to buddy up to Hercules. Hercules, punched Hades, and sent him flying into the pool of souls. All the souls started to grab at Hades, and he went down into all the souls and never came back.
