55 "How's the Italian food in this restaurant?"
Answer: Police Capt. Mark McCluskey (Sterling Hayden)

In the events leading up to this scene, the Corleone family has agreed Michael will kill both Captain McCluskey and Sollozzo in a meeting place to be decided by Sollozzo. After Michael is picked up by Sollozzo's car and it does a high-speed U-turn on a bridge to New Jersey, they arrive at a small Italian restaurant in the Bronx for what Capt. McCluskey and Sollozzo think is going to be a discussion over dinner to clear up any misunderstandings. In this scene, Capt. McCluskey asks Sollozzo this quote as they prepare to order. Sollozzo replies, "Good -- try the veal -- it's the best in the city." After Michael retrieves a gun taped behind a toilet water tank in the bathroom (hidden there by Clemenza), he shoots both of them. In filming the assassination scene, Al Pacino badly injured his leg while escaping from the restaurant after the hit.
56 "It's not personal, Sonny. It's strictly business."
Answer: Michael Corleone (Al Pacino)

In the events leading up to this scene, Michael (Al Pacino) had gone to visit his father in the hospital, but realizes all the bodyguards protecting the Godfather are gone. A nurse explains they had been sent away by the police. Police Captain McCluskey (Sterling Hayden) shows up, and when Michael asks him how much he is being paid by rival mob boss Virgil Sollozzo (Al Lettieri), he breaks Michael's jaw. In this scene several members of the Corleone family are discussing how to react to the attempted assassination of Vito Corleone. The group agrees Michael will kill both Captain McCluskey and Sollozzo in a meeting place to be decided by Sollozzo (which turns out to be an Italian restaurant in the Bronx). Michael says this quote when hotheaded Sonny implies this hit is personal. In filming this scene, Al Pacino wore a dental appliance to hold his jaw out of alignment, to make it appear as though his jaw had been broken and not reset. (Note: Tom Hagen says a very-similar quote in this scene.)
57 When Sollozzo and McClusky pick Michael up for their meeting, the car's driver makes a daring U-Turn on the Bridge in order to throw off any tails. What was the driver's name?

64 "In Sicily, women are more dangerous than shotguns."
Answer: Calo (Franco Citti)--one of Michael's Sicilian bodyguards

After Michael Corleone kills corrupt policeman Captain McCluskey and rival mob boss Sollozzo in a restaurant, he is sent by his family to live temporarily in Sicily until the political heat dies down. While there, he is smitten by local beauty Apollonia (Simonetta Stefanelli) and wants to arrange a date with her. One of his bodyguards, Calo (Franco Citti), warns Michael to be careful and gives him advice with this quote. Later, Fabrizio (the other bodyguard) plants a bomb in Michael's car that doesn't kill Michael but does kill Apollonia.
65 "Hey, listen, I want somebody good - and I mean very good - to plant that gun."
Answer: Santino 'Sonny' Corleone (James Caan)

After the group decides Michael will kill both Captain McCluskey and mob boss Sollozzo, they wait to hear where a requested meeting will be held. When they do hear, Sonny asks, "Anybody know this joint?" Salvadore "Sally" Tessio (Abe Vigoda) says, "Yeah, sure, I do. It's perfect for us. A small family place, good food. Everyone minds his business. It's perfect. Pete, they got an old-fashion' toilet -- you know, the box, and - and - and - ah the chain-thing. We might be able to tape the gun behind it." When they agree to do this, Sonny says this quote and Clemenza assures him "The gun'll be there." In filming the assassination scene, Al Pacino badly injured his leg while escaping from the restaurant after the hit.

71 "Look how they massacred my boy!"
Answer: Vito Corleone (Marlon Brando)

In the sequence of events leading up to this quote, Sonny's hot-headedness does him in. Sonny receives a call from his sister Connie (Talia Shire) telling him that her husband Carlo (Gianni Russo) has beat her up again. Instead of stepping back and smelling a setup, Sonny immediately rushes to Connie's house. When he gets to the Jones Beach Causeway tollbooths, the car in front of Sonny's appears to be having a problem moving. Suddenly several hit men appear and spray Sonny's car with machine gun fire, hitting him with 147 bullets. After his body has been brought to Bonasera's funeral parlor and Vito Corleone sees it, he says this quote. Later, Michael confronts Carlo and says, "You fingered Sonny for the Barzini people. Ahhh, that little farce you played with my sister -- you think that could fool a Corleone?" Carlo's execution is then ordered (that's the one where he kicks repeatedly against a car windshield as he is being strangled).
72 "Fredo, you're my older brother, and I love you. But don't ever take sides with anyone against the family again. Ever."
Answer: Michael Corleone (Al Pacino)

After Michael decides to move his family to Nevada, he arranges a meeting with rival mob boss Moe Greene (Alex Rocco) in Las Vegas, where he asks Moe to sell the Corleones his share of his casino/hotel. Moe is incensed by this thinly-veiled "request" and says "You think you can come to my hotel and take over? and then "Sonofabitch -- Do you know who I am? I'm Moe Greene! I made my bones when you were going out with cheerleaders!" He then storms out. After Moe has left, Fredo (John Cazale) says, "Mike! You don't come to Las Vegas and talk to a man like Moe Greene like that!" and Michael replies with this quote.
73 When Vito arranges a meeting with the heads of the five families, we see one that hadn't previously been mentioned in the movie, Carmine. Which New York territory does Carmine run?
Answer: The Bronx

When introducing the group, Vito says, "Carmine Cuneo from the Bronx -- and ah -- Brooklyn -- Philip Tattaglia. An' from Staten Island, we have with us Victor Strachi. And all the other associates that came as far as from California, and Kansas City, and all the other territories of the country -- thank you."
74 Where is Michael to be picked up by Sollozzo?
Answer: Jack Dempsey's

MICHAEL: "How much time do we have?"
SONNY (checking his watch): "They're gonna pick you up in front of Jack Dempsey's joint in an hour and a half. Exactly an hour and a half."
Michael is being picked up for a meeting with Sollozzo. Little does "the Turk" know that Michael has every intention of killing Sollozzo.
