Yelena Shushunova won the Olympic All-Around title in 1988, making her the 2nd Russian woman to win the All-Around gold medal. In 1992, Tatiana Gutsu would win gold for Ukraine, followed by Lilia Podkopayeva in 1996. In total, a gymnast from the Ukraine has won the Olympic All-Around gold medal 6 times, more than any other country.
