Answer: The Monkey Song
Dr. Scratchansniff sings the bulk of this song, which describes the Warners' wacky antics. Among other things, they shave his head with toothpaste, put bugs down his pants, and accost Hello Nurse. Most of the "Animaniacs" main characters appear doing their own things: Squit plays the flute, Pinky and the Brain steal cheese, and Mindy rides a bunch of balloons. The song is based on Harry Belafonte's "Monkey".

Answer: Ragamuffin bread
"Buttermilk: It Makes a Body Bitter" is based on the old commercials for milk: "Milk: It does a body good." Buttermilk, on the other hand, makes Slappy feel bitter over being snubbed by a good-looking guy. The Slapper is based on the Clapper and slaps the choir singing about it. Besides having its own short, Branimaniacs cereal appears in "The Warner's 65th Anniversary Special", where everyone who eats and praises the cereal is immediately paid for the testimonial.
From Quiz: That's Slappy!
Answer: It contains no dialogue.
Very few "Animaniacs" cartoons lack dialogue; "Ragamuffins" and "Babblin' Bijou" are also silent (and appear in black-and-white). "Fantasia" contains no dialogue during the animated segments; the only speaking comes during the host's introductions.
The Brain builds a machine that makes tiny robots that will force the U.S. President to surrender to Brain. Pinky accidentally starts the machine while Brain is away, and the robots go out of control, which is similar to the "Sorcerer's Apprentice" scene from "Fantasia". The whole short is set to a modified version of Dukas' symphonic piece, with a little of the "Pinky and the Brain" theme thrown in.

"Yakko's World" doesn't actually name ALL the countries. The song was introduced as "nations of the world" for just that reason. And, naturally, countries have been created since then. Keep in mind, this song was released in 1993!
