Answer: Phoenix

Phoenix has always been a summon known to deal fire damage on your enemy and/or revive KO'd party members. In "Final Fantasy V" the Phoenix was slightly different as it siphoned HP from an enemy and restored it to a party member. We also know of the Phoenix's power by the numerous Phoenix Downs and Phoenix Pinions we've used.

The particular game I was describing in the clue takes place in "Final Fantasy VIII" for the PSX. In order to get Phoenix you had to go on a side quest in the Shumi Village. You must find five certain stones in the village and once you do that your reward is the Phoenix Pinion.

When using the Phoenix Pinion in battle, the Phoenix summon will come and revive your fallen party members. From then on, Phoenix will appear randomly when your party members are knocked out.

Quina is part of the Qu tribe. Quina will get married to Vivi if you partake in a certain ATE (Active Time Event) in Conde Petie on the second disc.
17. For the letter R we visit a character who has no specific element or job assigned to them. You can go on a side quest involving this character, and oddly enough the place where this side quest takes place, would be a name for another RPG character that would appear in only one game. Which character am I describing?

Answer: Robo

Robo is a character from the classic SNES game "Chrono Trigger." You will find Robo in the year 2300 A.D. In the side quest entitled "Robo's Home" you travel to the place where Robo was created and where robots rule. This place is called the Geno Dome, and Geno was a character who would appear in another SNES RPG "Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars." Also oddly enough Robo and Geno both use the same types of weapons arms and hands.
18. For the letter S we go not only to the video game section but also to the cinema. This letter S has had the privilege of being named the most powerful enemy in two games of the same series. However, the game they originally appeared they were not named the most difficult enemy. Which deadly S am I talking about?

Answer: Sephiroth

Sephiroth is definitely one of the most recognized names in the "Final Fantasy" series. Originally appearing in "Final Fantasy VII" for the PSX, he was known as the final boss. He was the one that hated the world and wanted to resurrect his mother, the catastrophe, Jenova. Sephiroth has also appeared in the "Kingdom Hearts" series for the PS2.

The battles against him are optional but they definitely will not be easy. Even some of the most experienced RPG players have fallen to his deadly attacks. Sephiroth wields the famous sword the Masamune.

When fighting him in "Kingdom Hearts" and "Kingdom Hearts 2" he will use an attack called Sin Harvest. If this attack is executed it will bring Sora down to 1 HP and 1 MP.

Answer: Tiamat

Tiamat was in Ultimecia's Castle in "Final Fantasy 8." According to the strategy guide, Tiamat used to be a GF (Guardian force) but turned evil. Tiamat is a dragon that looks very similar to Bahamut which is an optional GF you can get in the game by defeating him at the Deep Sea Research Center. Also where you find Bahamut, you can beat Ultima Weapon and draw Eden the most powerful GF from it. Tiamat is also found in "Final Fantasy 9" in Memoria.
20. For the U we can go to several locations. One version holds a weapon and flies eventually stopping at an observatory. Another version holds a sword and contains a great force besides its own. And another version is just a shadow of another beast in the cavern in which the place is named after. What U am I describing?

Answer: Ultima Weapon

Ultima Weapon can be one of two things. One of its forms is a monster. In "Final Fantasy 7" it was released with Sapphire and Diamond Weapon along with Emerald and Ruby Weapon released in the U.S. version. In "Final Fantasy 8" it was found deep in the Deep Sea Research Center.

It is a very difficult enemy but it also held the most powerful GF you can acquire in the game. In "Final Fantasy X" it is found as one of two bosses in the Omega Ruins. Ultima Weapon is a powerful boss but nowhere near as the most powerful boss in the two games "Final Fantasies 8 and 10" Omega Weapon. Ultima Weapon is usually also the name of the most powerful weapon for the main character in the game.
21. For the letter V, we find a character in a game with a famous title as RPGs go. However, the game that this character appears in does not actually reflect the normal factors of the game. In the beginning of the game, you get to play as this character's brother. What V am I describing?

Answer: Vaan

Vaan is the main character of "Final Fantasy XII." "Final Fantasy XII" claims it's a "Final Fantasy" however; it does not follow the format found in most of the games. It is more found in Active Time rather than in Wait time. Due to this, some people have said that it is not a real "Final Fantasy." Vaati is the main villain of Link in "The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures" and "The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap." Vivi is the black mage in "Final Fantasy IX." Vivian is one of the partners you can have in "Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door."
22. For the letter W, we can go to several locations. In "Animal Crossing," and "Animal Crossing: Wild World," a certain animal named Wendell will either give you wallpaper or a design if you feed him. What type of animal is Wendell?

Answer: Xehanort

Actually, Ansem is not the real name of the final boss even though he says it is. This is revealed in "Kingdom Hearts II," in the Great Maw before the 1000 Heartless fight. Xehanort used to be the assistant to the real Ansem but when Xehanort wanted to experiment with the hearts of worlds, Ansem forbade it. That's when Xehanort left and introduced himself as Ansem. Xemnas is the Nobody of Xehanort, and also the final boss of "Kingdom Hearts II," and the leader of Organization XIII. Xigbar is the sniper member of Organization XIII. You will first see his face in The Land of Dragons the second time you visit.
24. For the letter Y, we see a different amount of people who come together to form one being. This being assaults his victims with tickling, and mostly worries about his promotion. The being also excels in duplicating himself and was forced to reveal his true form when confronted with a shark being. Who was this Y?

Answer: Yairdovich

Well you know it couldn't be Yuna because the pronouns him and himself are in the question and Yuna is a female. Yairdovich stole the fifth star from you in "Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars," and tickled the mayor until you forked it over. Yairdovich also was forced to reveal his true form when confronted by Jonathan Jones who gave Mario the fifth star.

When using Psychopath on Yairdovich and you can read his thoughts and he thinks, "My promotion is at stake!" Yairdovich can also produce a fake copy of himself. Yakra was a master of disguise and a boss in "Chrono Trigger" also for the SNES.
25. The last letter Z, is the kin of another creature who resides in a barren wasteland. When beating this creature's kin, one of your team mates leaves you temporarily to cultivate this land. The Z creature itself stopped production of a bridge. Who is this Z?

Answer: Zombor

Zombor was a skeletal creature from "Chrono Trigger." He had two parts a bottom part and a top part. Usually the bottom part would die first since it had less HP. Before Zombor dies he takes all the MP away from a character. Zombor was kin to a creature called Retinite which is the boss of a side quest called "The Sunken Desert." If you beat this boss, Robo leaves your team to cultivate the land. You can get him back by going to the same place in 1000 AD.
