Answer: Mathematician

Using his knowledge of Greek, Latin, and some Indian languages, al-Khwarizami launched new ideas in the mathematical community and made great advances, mostly in algebra. He was an extremely intelligent man but is not well known, which is unfortunate.

The brilliant boy al-Jarzari was born in is present day Iran, at the time it was the Safavid Caliphate. He later moved to Baghdad and found his new home at the "House of Wisdom". He created some amazing inventions like water pumps, elephant clocks, and gear systems.

In this encyclopedia Ibn-Sina published many new cures for diseases and common viruses. Thanks to him, Europe slowly stopped bleeding its patients. Also Europe used this encyclopedia as their medical text book for many ages.

Unlike most rulers of the day that had money, Umar ibn Abd al-Aziz chose to follow the Sharia and live a modest life. He looked down upon men that had more than one wife, and he chose to live in an average size house in the city. He also dressed as if he was a common civilian.
