Galileo's love interest is the cynical, acerbic figure Scaramouche. When she performs a beautiful electric guitar solo in the end, Galileo says she's a reincarnation of Brian May, only this time "he's a babe." The name of the character alludes to a line from the Queen song "Bohemian Rhapsody".
5. The song "Giants in the Sky" is sung in which musical?

Answer: Into the Woods

Stephen Sondheim wrote the music and lyrics for the 1987 musical "Into the Woods", while James Lapine wrote the book.

The baker and his wife express their desire for a child, but they quickly learn that they are barred from having any children unless they retrieve many items for the witch who originally cursed them due to a family curse.

In the song "Giants in the Sky", Jack sings about the Giant atop his famous Beanstalk in this Sondheim fairy tale musical. By the end of the song, Jack becomes increasingly mature, as he begins to understand the value of life's minor pleasures.
6. "He stands like a statue, becomes part of the machine" is the first line from the second verse of this song. In what musical would you find this song?

Answer: The Who's Tommy

Pete Townshend wrote the music and lyrics for "The Who's Tommy", a rock musical, and he and Des McAnuff wrote the book. It's based on The Who's 1969 rock opera "Tommy". While the general story is the same, there are some differences in plot details. On July 1, 1992, the musical made its debut at the La Jolla Playhouse in San Diego, California.

Tommy, the protagonist of the musical, saw his father shoot his mother's new partner. Tommy's father was found not guilty at the trial because he acted in self-defence. It is discovered later that Tommy has lost his sight, hearing, and power of speech. Tommy had become a pinball expert by 1958. The story of Tommy's rise to the top of the pinball league is told in the song's lyrics. Near the close of Act 1, "Pinball Wizard" is performed.
7. "It's just a jump to the left; And then a step to the right." The song "Time Warp" will get you dancing in the aisles. What is the name of the musical that contains this song?

Answer: The Rocky Horror Show

Riff Raff sang the song "Time Warp". The music, lyrics and book were compiled by Richard O'Brien who also played the part of Riff Raff, the hunchback butler. The first show was performed in 1973 in the West End, London.

The musical pays hilarious homage to the B-movies from the 1930s to the early 1960s that were science fiction and horror. A newly engaged couple, caught in a storm, travel to the home of a deranged transvestite scientist named Dr. Frank-N-Furter, where he unveils his latest creation, Rocky, a kind of Frankenstein-style monster in the shape of a fully grown, artificially created, physically flawless muscle man, complete with blond hair and a fake tan!
8. To what musical does the song "You and I" belong?

Answer: Chess

The pop group ABBA's Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus wrote the music and lyrics for the musical "Chess", while Tim Rice wrote the book. The show was first performed in the West End of London in 1986 and went to Broadway in 1988.

The musical is basically the love story of three people: two chess players, a Russian (Anatoly), an American (Frederick), and a woman called Florence. Florence has her eyes on one of the chess players, but at the same time, she looks after the other player's interests. As the show moves on, it becomes clear that you can't always get what you want.

The show's second act features Florence and Svetlana singing the lovely love duet "You and I" to Anatoly. The song is played in both the original Broadway and West End renditions at the start of the performance and again towards the end (reprise). For those who are unaware, a "reprise" in a musical refers to a song that has been performed previously.

The story of the song relates to the ups and downs and expectations in relationships and how we deal with them.
9. Rose sings the song "Anything But Lonely" in which musical?

Answer: Aspects of Love

Andrew Lloyd Webber wrote the music and script for the musical "Aspects of Love", while Don Black and Charles Hart wrote the lyrics. The show covers events that occurred over a seventeen-year period.

The song "Anything But Lonely" expresses Rose's feelings of being by herself and her desire to leave her current situation. Her only desires are to be loved, to have someone to talk to, to listen to her, and to escape her emotions.

The musical was performed in the West End of London between 1989 and 1992. The Broadway production was between 1990 and 1991.
