RC-1136, better know as Darman was a former member of Theta Squad with his "brothers" RC-1133 (Taler), RC-1134 (Vin), and RC-1135 (Jay). Unfortunately every member of Theta Squad but Darman was killed in the Battle of Geonosis. Darman was later relocated to Omega Squad.

Answer: Fi, Darman, Atin, and Niner

Fi, Darman, Atin and Darman were all the sole survivors of their original squads. All their other squad members were killed in the Battle of Geonosis. They each felt guilty about surviving the battle (survivor's guilt). They were soon grouped together with each other and they formed their own squad.

Kast Fulier was undercover on a mission on Qiilura. His communications to the Jedi Council were cut off and he was turned into Qiilura authorities by locals. Ghez Hokan, who was a member of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, was in charge of protecting the weapon research on Qiilura. He interrogated Kast Fulier, until the Jedi Knight died.

Answer: Sicko

Sicko received his nickname for his daredevil piloting stunts that he performed that tended to make his passengers sick to their stomachs. Sicko's death was mourned by the Omega Squad, but in particular Fi.

Darman wore a T-shaped Mandalorian helmet. Ghez Hokan was a Mandalorian warrior, and Etain knew his armor. Etain had never seen clone troopers before and she only recognized the Mandalorian helmet, so she mistakenly thought Darman was Ghez Hokan. Darman, however, was successful in holding her off.

Answer: Jinart

Gurlanins were shape shifters native to Qiilura. There original form was of a black furry looking canine. Gurlanins were telepathic, but could only read the minds of their own race. Jinart's ears were located in her nose. Jinart was also the mate of Valaqil.

Answer: a virus made to kill clone troopers

Dr. Uthan was conducting research on Qiilura under the protection of Ghez Hokan. She worked with a small team of scientists on her virus. She managed to construct a virus that would indeed kill clones, but it could also have harmful effects on non-clones.

Answer: he was shot, but survived

Ghez Hokan shot Atin while he was distracted with a Verpine shatter gun. Verpine shatter guns were produced by the Verpine. Verpine shatter guns nearly silent, had excellent range and accuracy, and inflicted large amounts of kinetic damage. A verpine shatter gun is one of the few weapons that could penetrate Atin's Katarn armor.

Answer: Etain Tur-Mukan, and beheading

While Niner and Fi were holding off Ghez Hokan, Etain was coming to there rescue. Niner knew that Ghez Hokan wouldn't be able to resist killing a wounded man, so Niner pretended he was injured. While Niner was doing this, Etain snuck up behind Hokan, who was about to kill Niner. By the time Ghez heard the sound of Etain's light-saber it was too late for him.

Answer: a clash between opposing forces with weapons

Throughout the story the words "hard contact" were mentioned numerous times to describe the fights between Omega Squad and Ghez Hokan's forces. Hard contact is also a sublevel of the Republic Commando video game.
