Etain Tur-Mukan and Bardin Jusik both have had previous experiences with the Omega Squad on Qiilura. Both Jedi were very attached to the clone troopers and were some of the few people who viewed clone troopers as actual people rather than resources.

Etain and Darman had gone on a mission together to Qiilura and had bonded there. They admitted their feelings to each other. Everyone knew not to insult Etain in front of Darman or he'd stick up for her. Darman and Etain's relationship, however, was not kept secret for long. Both squads found out soon, because of living in such close quarters.

Kal Skirata had trained Ordo and the Null ARC's to stop instantly when they heard the word "check". Etain yelled this at Ordo so he wouldn't kill the suspect, which put him at danger because he stopped right away. This made him vulnerable to an attack.

Bardan was a Jedi knight who was accepted by the clones and Kal Skirata as a Mandalorian warrior. For the final battle with the terrorists he wore full Mandalorian armor, a sight which stunned Kal Skirata.

Perrive was a Jambimii terrorist leader on Coruscant. Walon Vau used a Verpine Shatter Gun to kill Perrive. From a distance he shot Perrive in the head and then sent his pet strill to retrieve the body.

Etain first approached Kal Skirata about her pregnancy. Etain and Kal both agreed that it was too much of a distraction to tell Darman at that time, but they would eventually. Kal decided that their son would be named by Darman (as Mandalorian traditon required) and that he would be brought up in the Mandalorian culture.
