Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
Answer:

I hope you enjoyed finding my refrigerator magnets! Here is the significance behind the items from the film:

Sparkle Motion is a dance troupe involving Donnie's sister. Frank the Rabbit is a mysterious, haunting figure guiding Donnie. "Cellar door" is a phrase highlighted for its linguistic beauty, and later becomes a door that Donnie needs to enter. The falling jet engine is the central event, crashing into Donnie's room and triggering the storyline, also playing a part at the end of the film. A broken water main was perpetrated by Donnie at his school, and it disrupts the characters' normalcy. "The Philosophy of Time Travel" is a book explaining time travel within the film which is given to Donnie by a teacher. Grandma Death, the author of this book, holds a mysterious role, whispering a line into Donnie's ear after he has committed a grave sin. Graham Greene, author of the story "The Destructors", becomes a point of friction between different teachers at Donnie's school, as another teacher accuses his beloved English teacher of having a curriculum that contributes to violence at the school. The "fear to love lifeline" was an assignment that Donnie's class had to complete in which they had to group ideas into "fear" or "love", but he got in trouble after telling the teacher the assignment was pointless and cussing at her. After Donnie's sister is accepted to university, they decide to throw a Halloween costume party, which results in Donnie seeing the Frank the Rabbit costume on a real person.
