It seemed it was Gia Goodman (actress Kristen Ritter) and her fiance Luke Halderman who'd framed Logan for the crime. Gia had provided the killer with entrance to Bonnnie's estate and access into her home. Then later, she texted Logan from the tablet with the spyware, which recorded her doing it. Bonnie was killed just as Logan was arriving at her house.

Sheriff Lamb, not unlike his younger brother, cared less about the truth and was not interested in Veronica's new evidence. Gia was hushing Bonnie/Carrie before she could reveal what had really happened to their friend Susan Knight nine years earlier. Celeste Kane shot Weevil when he tried to help her out during a halfway confrontation from a motorcycle gang.

The latter is a parody of police shows and action films, hence the extra use of colons in the title.
